Elements Required building a Scrum Project Team

Scrum methodology is one of the best agile methodologies built for complex projects with rapidly changing factors and needs. Generally, there are two elements required to build a scrum project team:

• The Scrum team working on developing procedures directly
• External team like marketing or sales

Traditionally, both the internal and external teams were kept away from each other to avoid any complications and conflict. However, the modern methodologies hold a different view. The Scrum working on different projects are also divided in two elements:

Management: The Management includes the managers, Scrum Master, supervisors who decide the initial content and time of the processes including the extension of the product, backlogs, risks and release content.

Development: The Development includes the developer, quality control staff and other professionals who are responsible to decide the changes which are to be made before implementing the items from the backlog.
